Working with the resort manager for Collett's Mountain Holidays in the Dolomites, the first logo was created for the summer seasonal staff team to be printed on t-shirts as a non-official uniform. The staff were given the option of purchasing the t-shirt, and the response was so positive that we repeated the project the following winter.
